Ingrid Law is the New York Times Bestselling Author of three novels for young readers - SAVVY, SCUMBLE, and SWITCH. Her debut picture book, in collaboration with illustrator, Xin Li, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, will be published Fall 2025.
Ingrid is the recipient of many awards and honors. These include a Newbery Honor, a Boston Globe - Horn Book Honor, and a Judy Lopez Memorial Honor.
Ingrid was also a finalist for the Andre Norton Nebula Award and the Mythopoeic Fantasy Award.

Ingrid lives in Colorado with her dog, George, in a small house with a large yard and garden behind it dedicated to preserving wildlife and pollinator habitats. When she's not drawing, caring for friends and family, or pushing words around on her computer screen, Ingrid works part-time at a local independent bookstore.
